One item that was not covered that is <br /> probably relevant is the special limitation imposed in <br /> authorizing the acquisition at the Town' s special Town Meeting. <br /> The citizens were concerned at the time they approved the <br /> acquisition of the property that it not be resold. We therefore <br /> have caused to be recorded certain "restrictive covenants" to <br /> effectuate the desires and intentions of the citizens of the <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs in improving the transaction. <br /> I am enclosing herewith a copy of the restrictive covenants <br /> because I feel these restrictions are consistent with the Town' s <br /> application and this information might be valuable to those <br /> in a position of authority who will be approving the rezoning <br /> request. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation and for assisting us with the <br /> applications. <br /> Very tr ly yours, <br /> J;4 : Kr.•a meier <br /> JK/jb <br /> Enclosure <br />
