s y DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO . 6148 <br /> Amending Section 10 . 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Pleasant Springs <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended <br /> to include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6148/1208 : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Pleasant Springs <br /> described as follows : Commencing at the North quarter corner of <br /> said Section 21; thence N 87° 113 ' 54" East along the North line of <br /> said 1/4 1/4, 198 . 00 feet; thence S 00° 16' 28" East, 220 . 00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continue S 00° 16' 28" East, <br /> 431 . 61 feet; thence N 88° 45' 43" East along the North line of <br /> Glenn Drive, 109. 69 feet; thence N 01° 14 ' 17" West along the <br /> Westerly line of Certified Survey Map #2836, 49 . 37 feet; thence N <br /> 88° 45 ' 43" East along said Certified Survey Map #2836, 379.24 <br /> feet; thence N 03° 42 ' 59" East along said Certified Survey Map <br /> #2836, 200. 31 feet; thence N 13° 02 ' 06" East, 203 . 56 feet; thence <br /> N 87° 13 ' 54" West parallel to the North line of said 1/4 1/4, <br /> 549.35 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE D' : <br /> C3 VA 1N$ <br />
