Motion by Anderson/Hamre to approve subject to 7 conditions: 1.Utility easements,requested by the utility companies serving the subject property,are to be included with the final plat 2.An erosion control-drainage control plan is to be submitted for review with the final plat,and Land Conservation Committee approval is to be obtained. 3.Outlots 2 and 8 are to be clearly designated"dedicated to the publi"on the final plat 4.Street names,consistent with Chapter 76,Dane County Code of Ordinances,are to be shown on the plat 5.The required park land appropriation requirement is to be satisfied in conjunction with the approval of the final plat 6.The Saracen Court surplus right-of-way is to be properly vacated,prior to the recording of the final plat 7.All outlots are to meet the minimum area and width requirements of the Dane County Land Division Motion by Comwell/Anderson to add condition#8;Outlet 12 is to be clearly designated"dedicated to the public"on the final plat;carried 6-0.
