WHEREAS, are is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of Springfield Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: V 2 9 8 9 5 P 5 Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Springfield described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4; thence South 550 feet; thence West 450 feet feet to the point of beginning. North 550 feet; thence East 450 6 4L� 9.00 . i�, .. NO. z8-- & °8 — II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. III. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual hereafter passing to and from the owner and those who may eftts purchase said land and the parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby imposed: The only permitted uses of this property shall be for metal fabricating work and inside rental storage. These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall be binding upon all parties now owning and part of said land, their successors, heirs and assigns, parties holding under them unless, pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. Iy. The restrictions provided for herein shall be enforceable at law or equity against any party who has or acquires interest in the land subject to the grantees, by the promisees ttahe following parties who are named as beneficiaries with enforcement rights: ed (a) The County Government of Dane County, Wisconsin i o provided that the lands are under the jurisdiction ordinance of said County at the time the enforcement action is commenced; and
