EASEMENT AND OPTION TO PURCHASE <br /> John 0. Dahl and Ardell D. Dahl ( "Dahls " ) hereby grant to <br /> Timothy D. Connery and Randy S . Connery ( "Connerys " ) , who are the <br /> owners of Lot 36 , First Addition to Rolling Wheels , in Section 28 <br /> of the Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin, an easement <br /> to use the following-described property for their septic system and <br /> any other lawful use they may desire for an indefinite period of <br /> time which will end only when the subject property is rezoned and <br /> platted, as provided below, and at that time, Connerys will have <br /> the option to purchase the land . <br /> 1 .
