DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6275 • <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the <br /> Town of <br /> Bristol <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Bristol be <br /> amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6275: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Bristol <br /> described as 'follows: Commencing at the Northeast_ corner of <br /> said Section 30; thence S 00° 09' 00" East along the East line <br /> of said Section 30, 377.00 feet to the Northeast corner of <br /> said Lot #4; thence S 90° 00' 00" West along the Northerly <br /> line of said Lot #4, 45. 00 feet; thence continuing along the <br /> Northerly line of said Lot #4 N 71° 25' 00" West, 47 . 07 feet; <br /> thence continuing along the Northerly line of said Lot #4 S <br /> 90° 00' 00" West, 136.35 feet; thence S 00° 12 ' 45" West, <br /> 146. 00 feet; thence N 85° 42 ' 48" East 227. 44 feet to the East <br /> line of said Section 30; thence N 00° 09' 00" West along the <br /> East line of said Section 30, 114 . 00 fet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The <br /> rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its <br /> adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall <br /> record the following restriction on said land: <br /> 1) Uses for the property shall be limited to wood working <br /> shops, assembly and manufacturing of wood products, shipping, <br /> sales and storage of custom made wood products . <br /> 2) Parking associated with the aforementioned uses shall not <br /> be permitted on Byrd Street adjacent to this property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> Town of Bristol as well as owners of land within 300 feet of <br /> the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted o Dane <br /> County Zoning <br /> EFFECTIVE D' E: <br />
