• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6279 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Mazomanie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in <br /> the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6279: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Mazomanie described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 18; <br /> thence N 00° 07 ' 33" East, 1519. 72 feet along the East line of the SW <br /> 1/4 of said Section 18 to the point of beginning; thence N 00° 07' 33" <br /> East, 250. 00 feet along the East line of said SW 1/4; thence S 86° 53' <br /> 44" West, 1273. 14 feet to a point on the West line of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> of said Section 18; thence S 00° 20' 14" East, 272 . 74 feet along the <br /> West line of said NE 1/4 SW 1/4; thence N 81° 56' 14" East, 264 . 00 feet; <br /> thence N 86° 53' 44" East, 1009.21 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) (a) <br /> 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be <br /> subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded <br /> This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval <br /> by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County <br /> Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by <br /> Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following <br /> restriction on said land: <br /> 1) There shall be no residential development on the property which <br /> is described as follows: . <br /> Parcel # 17-0806-184-8700-8, Town of Mazomanie, Section 18-8-6 Part . <br /> of W1/2 SE1/4 : Commencing at S1/4 corner said Section 18; th <br /> N0°07' 33"E along N-S 1/4 Section line 404 . 69 feet to POB in <br /> centerline Hodgson Road; thence continue N0°07' 33"E, 1410.24 feet to <br />
