DANE COUNTY ORD INANCE AMENDMENT NO. 62 8 0 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the <br /> Town of <br /> Black Earth <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Black Earth be <br /> amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes RH-2 Rural Homes <br /> RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6280: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and SW 1/4 NE 1/4 <br /> Town of Black Earth described as follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Beginning at the point which is East 671 feet of <br /> the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence North, 134 <br /> feet to a point in the centerline of Sutcliffe Road; thence N <br /> 82° East, 658 feet along the centerline of Sutcliffe Road; <br /> thence N 76° 30' East, 145 feet; along the centerline of <br /> Sutcliffe Road; thence S 36° 15' West, 260 feet; thence South, <br /> 50 feet to a point on the East-West quarter line of said <br /> Section 33; thence West, 639 feet along said line to the point <br /> beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Beginning at a point which is East 1310 feet of <br /> the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence East, 932 <br /> feet along the East-West quarter line of said Section 33; <br /> thence North, 446 feet to a point in the centerline of <br /> Sutcliffe Road; thence S 76° 30 ' West, 800 feet along the <br /> centerline of Sutcliffe Road; thence S 36° 15' West, 260 feet; <br /> thence South, 50 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: Beginning at a point which is East 2242 feet of <br /> the West quarter corner of said Section 33; thence North, 446 <br /> feet to a point in thee centerine of Sutcliffe Road; thence N <br /> 76° 30' East, 1020 feet along the centerline of Sutcliffe <br /> Raod; thence S 21° West, 360 feet; thence S 44° West, 484 feet <br /> to a point on the East-West quarter line of said Section 33; <br /> thence West, 526 fet along said line to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10.255 (3) (a) 2.
