Previously the <br /> Town had requested Mr. Lowrey obtain the additional land from the adjoining property owners to bring it up to required <br /> 66 feet of frontage. Mr. Lowrey reported the property owners were unwilling to sell. He did note, in discussion with the <br /> Skjolaas', he was shown a quit claim deed that shows the Halverson's own an additional 16.5 foot strip of Hagen Road, <br /> taking their total portion of the road to 49.5 feet. He was unable to concretely determine if the document was ever <br /> recorded at the register of deeds.The Plan Commission directed Mr. Lowrey to do more research on the document and <br /> return with a request that definitively addresses how many feet of frontage they own, and how much of a variance <br /> would they require from the 66 foot requirement.
