Effective February 12, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10858 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance <br /> Section 10.03 shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Pleasant Springs Location: Section 24 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX TO RH-2 <br /> Parts of the SW 1/4 of the NE '''A, the North 1/2 of the SEX and the SEX of the NE 1/4, all <br /> in Section 24, T.6N., R.11E., Town of Pleasant Springs, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the East X corner of Section 24; thence South, 16.5 <br /> feet, thence S89°22'59"W, 1517 feet; thence North 16.5 feet;thence West, 2.7 feet; <br /> thence SO0°37101"E, 33 feet;thence S89°22'59"W, 660 feet;thence N00°37101"W, 92.60 <br /> feet;thence N51°10'58"E, 91.60 feet;thence N04°21'48"E, 211.07 feet;thence <br /> S69°57'08"E, 299.16 feet; thence S83°37'17"E, 136.46 feet;thence S53°28'33"E, 283.75 <br /> feet;thence N89°22'59"E, 1448 feet to the East line of the SE'A of the NE 1/4; thence <br /> South along said East line, 33 feet to the point of beginning. The above described <br /> containing 5.4 acres more or less. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the <br /> following conditions. <br /> 1. The applicant shall obtain a 33-foot variance from the 66-foot required road <br /> frontage provision. <br /> 2. Hagen road shall be vacated within 90 days of the rezoning approval. <br /> 3. A joint driveway agreement shall be recorded for the benefit of the proposed <br /> lot and parent parcel. <br /> 4. The note pertaining to the 16.5-foot strip of land shall be removed from the <br /> final certified survey map. <br />
