The Limited Rural Business shall be for seasonal wedding receptions, reunions, retreats, <br /> company seminars, and similar private functions annually from May - October. <br /> 2. The Limited Rural Business shall be located in the existing horse barn located southeast of the <br /> farm residence. <br /> 3. Retail sales of alcoholic beverages are prohibited. <br /> 4. Owner shall comply with any and all state or local laws regarding the provision of sanitary <br /> facilities for patrons attending events. <br /> 5. Owner shall comply with any applicable local and/or state building code requirements for the <br /> proposed renovations to the barn. <br /> 6. Adequated parking shall be made available on site. Parking shall be prohibited on Blue Valley <br /> Road and East Blue Mounds Road. <br /> 7. Live music, or the use of loudspeakers shall be limited to no later than 11 pm. <br /> 8. Noise levels shall not cause a nuisance for neighbors. <br /> 9. Outdoor lighting shall not cause a nuisance for neighbors. <br /> 10. For any event planned or anticipated to have attendance of more than 200 persons at any one <br /> time during a day, an event plan addressing parking, ingress and egress, sanitation and other <br /> public safety issues shall be filed with the Dane County Zoning Administrator, Town of Blue <br /> H:\Zoning\ZLR\Conditional Use Permits\CUP #2236.doc <br />
