The matter was heard before the committee and <br /> approved. However, it has been discovered that the committee never formally acted on <br /> the Conditional Use Permit . We are requesting to appear before your committee at this <br /> time, for the formal approval. Futhermore we would like to request a revised property <br /> description be attached to CUP 1218 that accurately describes the area that has been <br /> worked and the areas in the future that would be mined. <br /> We feel that this is particularly important as this deposit is being rapidly depleted and will <br /> be completely worked out by December 2004.
