I 0 a <br /> MINUTES OF 4-19-95: Clerk stated the minutes were not ready. ea 4 <br /> REVIEW OF PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES OF 4113 & 4/2: er . <br /> reviewed the minutes. s <br /> BULTMAN ROAD - DON BENWAY: Don asked if Chairman had received anything <br /> from City of Madison. Chairman stated he had not received anything on what they did. <br /> Clerk had not received anything either. Mr. Benway has not received and notice. <br /> Discussion on costs, work done on Bultman Road, contract with the City, etc. <br /> Chairman stated we'll have to wait for billing and then take action. Without City's <br /> cooperation there's not much we can do. Discussion on special assessment <br /> requirements, whether there was a Public Hearing and whether notices were sent, <br /> building of sidewalk, etc. Clerk to check with City Clerk&will let Don know. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> t REZONE FROM AG TO C2 COMMERCIAL - ANDERSON RD - JOHN <br /> BRIGHAM: John explained that he was representing Barb Hoel's property & they are <br /> trying to develop a portion of her land. They'd like to put at least one building on it but it <br /> needs to be rezoned (top 5 acres). The building may only be on one lot but they are <br /> still seeking rezoning for portions of both lots. <br /> Engineer stated this is in the Urban Service Area & has sewer. Chairman read <br /> Planning Commission recommendation for rezone from Al to C2 with no outside <br /> storage. John stated Clerk had sent him all Dane County restrictions under B1 zoning. <br /> Discussion on C2 zoning restrictions, outside storage, future approval for site plan, etc. <br /> Bedker asked Engineer about landlocked parcel and traffic. Engineer stated Planning <br /> Commission will have to develop a street pattern between Anderson and Hoepker <br /> Roads utilizing the 66' reservation we have between Madison Truck and Peterbilt. The <br /> layout will have to carry a road to the property line. Discussion on Land Use Plan, <br /> Hooper developing, a new road, road dedication, docking, etc. <br /> Motion by Bedker to approve Planning Commission recommendation to rezone from <br /> AG to C2, portion of Lot#1 & Lot#2 totalling 5 acres within the Urban Service Area, and <br /> i when Mr. Brigham returns to Planning Commission for site approval the road right-of- <br /> way will have to be looked at for easements. Second by Krisher. Motion carried. <br /> • <br />
