DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6286 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the <br /> Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows : <br /> That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be <br /> amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6286: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and SW <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 27, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 27; <br /> thence S 02° 05' 04" East along the North-South quarter line <br /> of said Section, 1375. 97 feet to the Westerly line of the Plat <br /> of 01 ' Stone Estates and the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue S 02° 05' 04" East along the West line of said plat, <br /> 113 . 42 feet; thence S 88° 09' 29" West, 756. 00 feet; thence N <br /> 02° 23 ' 33" West, 255. 50 feet; thence N 88° 09' 29" East, <br /> 735. 00 feet; thence N 68° 57 ' 42" East, 111 .20 feet; thence N <br /> 42° 26' 41" East, 183 . 00 feet; thence S 47° 33 ' 19" East, <br /> 66. 00 feet to the aforesaid West line of 01 ' Stone Estates and <br /> the Northeasterly corner of Hawk Lane, thence S 42° 26' 41" <br /> West along said West line, 368 . 16 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section <br /> 10.255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe <br /> land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for <br /> approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, <br /> if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified <br /> survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded <br /> in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure <br /> to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void.
