The land is presently zoned A-2 and is <br /> being requested to change to C-2 to be in compliance with its existing <br /> use. <br /> The immediate concern is for a proposed addition onto the existing office <br /> which has been on the site for almost forty years. The proposed addition <br /> to the office is less than 1000 Sq. Ft. and we would like to proceed with <br /> this addition as soon as possible. <br /> The property is a working gravel pit with stationary crushing and washing <br /> plants.
