DANE' COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6174 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Westport <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Westport be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6174 : <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Westport described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 30; <br /> thence South along the East line of said NE 1/4, 471 . 18 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 05' 00" West, 934 . 90 feet; thence N 05° 28 ' 00" West, <br /> 474 . 06 feet; thence S 89° 05' 00" East along the North line of said <br /> NE 1/4, 980.25 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner of the land shall record the following <br /> restrictions on said land: <br /> No activities shall be permitted on the above described properties <br /> except those related to mineral extraction activities. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> Westport Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County <br /> Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
