"6435 , <br /> ORDINANCE 95-27 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY IN <br /> THE SE 1/4 OF THT SW 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWN OF VIENNA FROM A-1 <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (EXCLUSIVE) TO RH-3 RURAL HOMES DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, a request haS been made by Ross and Diana Dougherty <br /> to rezone a portion of their property located at 5198 County Trunk <br /> Highway V from A-i Agricultiural District (Exclusive) to RH-3 Rural <br /> Homes District Lot, and <br /> WHEREAS, the DeForest-Vienna Joint Extraterritorial Zoning <br /> Committee held a public hearing June 29, 1995, to consider the <br /> zoning request and recommended approval of the request, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Village Board of DeForest concurs with the <br /> recommendation of the Committee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Board of DeForest, Wisconsin, does <br /> ordain as follows: <br /> 1. That the property shown on the attached Preliminary <br /> Certified Survey prepared by Williamson Surveying Company <br /> (Exhibit A) is hereby rezoned to RH-3 Rural Homes <br /> District. <br /> 2. That this ordinance shall take effect after passage and <br /> publication as required by law and at such a time as all <br /> docketing fees are collected. <br /> 3 .
