nut_ L. <br /> REVISED TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT <br /> REGARDING ZONING PETITION #_6175 PUBLIC HEARING 1/10/95_ <br /> Whereas , the Town Board of the Town of RUTLAND <br /> having considered said zoning petition , be it therefore resolved that <br /> said petition is hereby (Approved) . <br /> SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> Deed Restrictions shall be imposed on the ten_proposed commercial sites <br /> nermittinq only the uses specified in paragraph 11 . a . (page 3) of tho <br /> the attached Development Agreement . Paragraph 12 (page 6) also <br /> requir es a deed restriction prohibiting further subdivision of the <br /> property to., create any additional commercial lots . <br /> PLEASE NOTE: Tt the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, <br /> but said rezone does not comply with the Town land Use Plan , please <br /> list the reason for the approval . These reasons can be a critical <br /> factor for both the Zoning Committee and the County Board in their <br /> consideration of the rezone. <br /> The Development Agreement (attached) specifies which uses will be <br /> permitted and a site plan has also been submitted.
