DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6176 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Medina <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet . #6176: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 19, Town of <br /> Medina described as follows : <br /> TO RH-2 : Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 19; thence East along the North line of said SW 1/4, 1060 feet to <br /> the point of beginning; thence continue East, 540 feet; thence S <br /> 20° West, 440 feet; thence S 70° East, 15 feet; thence S 20° West, <br /> 350 feet; thence N 80° West, 280 feet; thence North, 690 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3 : Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 19; thence East along the North line of said SW 1/4, 1060 feet; <br /> thence South, 535 feet to the centerline of a Town Road; thence <br /> West along said centerline, 1050 feet to the West line of the <br /> aforesaid SW 1/4; thence North along said West line, 540 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. No further land divisions are permitted of the property from <br /> which the above described land is being seperated, nor shall any <br /> building development be permitted on said parcel . <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of- land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County <br /> Zoning. <br />
