I <br /> Certified Survey Map ' <br /> Surveyors Certificate <br /> I hereby certify that in full compliance with the provisions of Chapter <br /> 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and the subdivision regulations of the <br /> County of Dane, and the Town of Dunn, and by the direction of Margie <br /> Hanson, agent for the owner, I have surveyed, divided and mapped the lands <br /> described hereon, and that such map correctly represents the exterior <br /> boundaries of the lands surveyed, and that this land is located within <br /> and more fully described to wit: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, all in <br /> Section 16, T.6N. , R. 10E. , Town of Dunn, Dane County, Wisconsin, <br /> being more fully described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Section 16; thence S88°00'00"W, <br /> 1326.32 feet to the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 - NE 1/4 and the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue S88'00'00"W along the South line of <br /> said 1/4 - 1/4 and the South line of said SE 1/4 - NW 1/4, 1553.43 feet <br /> to the centerline of Mahoney Road and the point of curvature of a 'curve <br /> to the left, said curve havong a central angle of 87'08'26" and a radius <br /> of 253.00 feet, the long chord of which bears N44°25'47"E, 348.76 feet; <br /> thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve and centerline, 384.79 <br /> feet to the point of tangency thereof; thence N00'51 '34"E along said <br /> centerline, 304.50 feet; thence N88'00'00"E, 1308.44 feet to the East <br /> line of the aforesaid SW 1/4 - NE 1/4; thence S00•24' 27"W along said <br /> East line, 544.98 feet to the point of beginning.
