The <br /> restuarant would be converted into a Culver's Frozen Custard <br /> Restuarant. We will start renovation immediately after recieving <br /> the conditional use permit and building permit. The property is <br /> suitable for this purpose because it is currently zoned C-1 and is <br /> currently being used as a restuarant. It's proximity to the <br /> interstate also lends itself to this use.
