WHEREAS said Owners desire to place certain restrictions <br /> thereon , to bind the Owners and those who may acquire title <br /> hereafter : <br /> III . Owners agree that <br /> the said fence will be woven wire ( " cyclone fence" ) , not <br /> less than five feet ( 5 ' ) in height and will run generally <br /> west to east from the Southeast corner of the existing <br /> store building ( the northernmost building located on lot 3 , <br /> CSM 5906 ) approximately One Hundred Twenty Five feet ( 125 ' ) <br /> to a point within five feet ( 5 ' ) of the western right-of- <br /> way line of Highway 51 .
