DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6180 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Roxbury The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the R-4 Residential District/s the following described land: Pet. #6180: Lots 1 and 4 and part of Lot #2 of Certified Survey Map 1544, Dane County Registry, also part of the Northeast quarter of Section 1, Town of Roxbury described as follows: Commencing at an aluminum monument marking the Northeast corner of said Section 1; thence N 88° 45 ' 15" West along the North line of said Northeast quarter to the Northwest corner of said Lot #2 and the point of beginning; thence S 07° 38 ' 33" East, 415. 95 feet; thence S 04° 00 ' 00" West, 473 .43 feet; thence N 85° 38 ' 40" East, 522 . 68 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot #2 ; thence S 00° 47 ' 06" West, 527 . 84 feet; thence N 89° 12 ' 54" West, 66 . 00 feet; thence N 00° 47 ' 06" East, 294 . 50 feet to a point of curvature; thence around a curve to the left, through a central angle of 95° 08 ' 26" an arc distance of 194 .28 feet, a radius of 117 . 00 feet and a chord bearing N 46° 47 ' 07" West, 172 . 72 feet; thence S 85° 38 ' 40" West, 253 . 69 feet to a point of curvature; thence around a curve to the right, through a central angle of 47° 48 ' 50", an arc distance of 152 . 72 feet, a radius of 183 . 00 feet and a chord bearing N 70° 26 ' 55" West, 148. 32 feet; thence N 46° 32 ' 30" West, 52 . 49 feet; thence S 79° 54 ' 00" West, 1434 . 53 feet; thence N 00° 21 ' 00" East, 902 . 55 feet; thence N 90° 00 ' 00" East, 22. 61 feet; thence N 01° 57 ' 40" East, 273 . 40 feet; thence S 88° 45 ' 15" East, 1457 . 60 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90. days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. EFFECTIVE DATE: (ZNRPH.REZ)
