DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6183 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: Pet. #6183 : Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Windsor described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of Section 21; thence East along the South line of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, 1320 feet more or less to the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 ; thence North along the East line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and the East line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, 1815 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Thence continuing North along said East line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, 825 feet more or less to the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence West along the North line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 , 400 feet more or less, thence South, 200 feet more or less; thence East 334 feet more or less; thence South, 625 feet more or less; thence East, 66 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane Co Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be su•ject to ty�ol •king conditions.
