A drainage easement is provided across the drive at a <br /> location that is suitable to convey surface water from the <br /> northeast . <br /> 2 . A notice is recorded with the newly created lot <br /> acknowledging the lot is located in an area characterized by <br /> agricultural activities . <br /> 3 . A deed restriction is placed on the balance of the property <br /> presently owned by Mr . Weichmann prohibiting further <br /> development/divisions of the property without Town Board <br /> approval . <br /> The Town Board recognizes that prior owner of the property <br /> divided a number of lots from the farm.
