The adopted town/county policy in Dunkirk indicates concern for <br /> environmental degradation, conflicts with farming and protecting the rural character of the town. <br /> If the C-2 zoning is specifically limited to a trucking business with a specific number of trucks <br /> and other vehicles, the environmental risks would be reduced. <br /> This parcel was previously divided and should not adversely affect adjacent farming operations. <br /> To protect the rural character of this very rural area, there needs to be a specific limit on the <br /> number of trucks and other vehicles allowed on the property. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
