ZZ L. <br /> Dec. 28, 1994 <br /> Dane County Zoning: <br /> We would like to request a Conditional Use Permit for the use of providing child care <br /> at Park Village Apt., 2207 Woodview Ct. #4, 5 & 6. The Baby Steps Child Care <br /> Center is a specialized non-profit day care center for the children of teenaged parents. <br /> The Baby Steps program is under the Satellite Family Child Care agency. This site <br /> was chosen because of the easy access on and off the beltline, bus line access and the <br /> majority of our target population live in the South Madison area. The school that <br /> several of these mothers attend(SAPAR) is also in close proximity. <br /> The apartments have already been licensed by the State of Wi. We also received a <br /> building inspection from the Dept. of Industry& Human Relations (DLHR). The <br /> Town of Madison Fire Dept. has inspected the units as well. <br /> The center is licensed (#6)or provisionally licensed(#5 &4) to provide care for a <br /> total of 28 children. We are in operation between the hours of lam - 4:30pm.
