This proposed CUP site is a very large apartment complex in the Town of Madison. <br /> There are apartment complexes to the north and south. There are single family homes across the <br /> railroad tracks to the east. The frontage along Park Street is primarily commercial. <br /> The proposal is to convert apartment units in one of the more central buildings of the complex <br /> for a day care center to accommodate 28 children.
