y <br /> w r <br /> • <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6192 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Albion <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet #6192: <br /> Commencing at the SW corner of Section 26, Town of Albion described <br /> follows: Thence N 00 45 11 E on the Section line, 1412 .55' to the <br /> CL of Geode Road and the P.O.B. thence N 41 25 W on said CL, <br /> 122.21' to CL of Old 73; thence Northeasterly, 143. 90 feet; thence <br /> S 89 14 54 E, 275.58' , thence S 02 09 36 E, 413.59' , thence S 89 50 <br /> 10 W, 129.70 to CL of Goede Road, thence N 41 29 44 W on said CL, <br /> 261. 82' to the P.O.B. Containing 2.36 acres to road CL and 1 . 96 to <br /> road right of way lines. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) <br /> (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances.
