Tax parcel #31-0608-242-8000-4. <br /> 4. Filing fee is attached, check # in the amount of $100.00. <br /> 5. Reason for rezone: home for the property owner <br /> Site Approval Requirements <br /> A. Site Plans showing location of proposed building, proposed driveway, pertinent <br /> cropland, and soil classification: See Attachments A and B. <br /> B. Verification of proposed use: <br /> a. Proposed use will not limit the remaining land in quarter-quarter sections for <br /> agricultural use. <br /> b. There will be no conflict with agricultural use on rezoning land--house site of <br /> _ 1;,066 acres will no longer be available for agricultural use. During <br /> construction, appropriate steps will be taken o prevent runoff of soil on adjoining <br /> land. Topography of land is such that there will be no runoff on highway. There are <br /> no adjoining wetlands or waterways. <br /> Other Items <br /> Owner will take special care to preserve topsoil and will seed site with rye grass during <br /> construction. <br />
