DANE COUNTY ORD'INANC`E. AMENDMENT NO. 6195 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Verona <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6195: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 6, Town Verona described as <br /> follows : Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 6; <br /> thence N 00° 27 ' 24" West, 829. 01 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Thence continue N 00° 27 ' 24" West 50 . 00 feet; thence N 70° 45' 25" <br /> East, 421 . 01 feet; thence N 00° 27 ' 52" West, 551 . 99 feet; thence N <br /> 88° 23 ' 42" East, 299. 13 feet; thence S 00° 21 ' 36" West, 497 . 35 <br /> feet; thence S 67° 11 ' 24" West, 209. 30 feet; thence S 22° 53 ' 05" <br /> West, 181 . 52 feet; thence S 89° 32 ' 36" fWest, 425. 00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 .255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds . Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. Amend the Restriction in in Dane Count Register of Deeds <br /> Document #264830 Vol 28944 page 45 so correct legal description is <br /> utilized from Certified Survey required above. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of lanc_w-ithi-n-_ 300 feet <br /> of the site.
