To make, execute, endorse, accept and deliver, in my name, checks, notes, drafts, acknowledgments, and all other written instruments, regardless of their nature, that my attorney- in-fact may deem necessary and desirable in her sole judgment to effectuate the purchase of said property. 3. The powers enumerated in paragraphs I and 2 are intended to be illustrative and not restrictive. It is my intent to confer to my attorney-in-fact the power to effectuate the purchase of said property and allow her to make, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any all documents at the closing and otherwise to insure the orderly purchase of said property. Further, it is my intent that my name will not appear on the deed, however, it is understood that I will reside there and that I will he obliged to honor any notes signed by my attorney-in-fact pursuant to this document. My attorney-in-fact shall have the full power and authority to do and perform any act or thing requisite and necessary to carry out my intentions herein and shall be permitted to do anything the undersigned could do. I ratify and confirm any act or omission my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this instrument. I hereby revoke any and all prior powers of attorney which may have been given by me to any persons for the these purposes. This instrument shall not be amended orally. This power of attorney will become effective immediately and remain in effect until I have revoked it by sending written notice to my attorney-in-fact or until such time as its intent is fully executed I agree that any third party who receives a copy of this document may act under it.
