• <br /> 2 ti 3 S S! ;► v,,! 28S43PAGi ;37 <br /> POWER OF ATTORNEY <br /> • <br /> 17 2: 23 <br /> KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned SAMANTHA <br /> RIVER makes, constitutes and appoints NORMAJEAN BUNTON of the City of Oregon, County <br /> of Dane, State of Wisconsin, the true and lawful attorney-in-fact of the undersigned, in the name, <br /> place and stead of the undersigned, and for the use and benefit of the undersigned, to do and <br /> perform the following <br /> To make, execute, acknowledge and deliver all documents necessary to effectuate the <br /> purchase of the property at 585 Tipperary, in the City of Oregon, State of Wisconsin <br /> My attorney-in-fact shall also have the power and authority to do any of the following <br /> without limitation. <br /> 1 To issue one or more notes or promises to pay with or without security; <br /> 2. It is my intent to confer to my attorney-in-fact the power to effectuate the <br /> purchase of said property and allow her to make, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any <br /> all documents at the closing and otherwise to insure the orderly purchase of said property. <br /> Further, it is my intent that my name will not appear on the deed, however, it is <br /> understood that I will reside there and that I will he obliged to honor any notes signed by <br /> my attorney-in-fact pursuant to this document. <br /> My attorney-in-fact shall have the full power and authority to do and perform any act or <br /> thing requisite and necessary to carry out my intentions herein and shall be permitted to do <br /> anything the undersigned could do. I ratify and confirm any act or omission my attorney-in-fact <br /> shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this instrument. <br /> I hereby revoke any and all prior powers of attorney which may have been given by me to <br /> any persons for the these purposes. <br /> This instrument shall not be amended orally. <br /> This power of attorney will become effective immediately and remain in effect until I have <br /> revoked it by sending written notice to my attorney-in-fact or until such time as its intent is fully <br /> executed <br /> I agree that any third party who receives a copy of this document may act under it. <br /> Revocation is not effective as to a third party until the third party learns of it.
