DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6196 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the R-1 Residential District/s the following described land: Pet. #6196: Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 7, Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 7, Town of Springfield; thence South 1327 . 50 feet; thence S 88° 59 ' 53" West, 1792 . 53 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 88° 59' 53 ' West, 137. 34 feet; thence N 00° 33 ' 06" East, 210. 05 feet; thence S 89° 58' 41" West, 101. 92 feet; thence N 00° 33 ' 06" East, 197 . 87 feet; thence N 88° 59 ' 53" East, 159 . 53 feet; thence S 52° 02 ' 03" East, 26. 24 feet; thence S 07° 48 ' 16" East, 133 . 48 feet; thence S 13 ° 28 ' 35" West, 53 . 67 feet; thence N 89° 58 ' 41" East, 51. 60 feet; thence S 00° 34 ' 41" West, 207 . 69 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
