He acknowledged that he originally <br /> opposed rezoning petition#5898. He also agreed three times during our conversation, that if <br /> petition #5898 was to come back to the Town he would reconsider the issue. He did say that he . <br /> was not openly agreeing to change back to his original position, but he would seriously reconsider <br /> the issue on its merits at the time it came back I truly feel that he would vote against petition# <br /> 5898 with the information that is now available on the topic. <br /> Based on my conversation with Harold I would strongly ask that you veto rezoning petition#5898 <br /> and refer the issue back to us at the Town to act on it in a responsible manner. <br /> I would make myself available for further discussion if you so desire.
