f <br /> TO AB: The Easterly 324 feet, more or less, of Lot #1, <br /> CSM 3394, found in Volume 13, Page 200 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, that Petition #6200 is hereby approved <br /> subject to the following conditions and restrictions: <br /> 1. the maximum size of any drum, barrel or container <br /> containing gas or fuel for vehicles stored on site shall <br /> not exceed 10 gallons; <br /> 2 . sales and storage on site of any fertilizers, herbicides <br /> and pesticides shall be in the usual and regular course <br /> of operating a retail garden center business or a <br /> landscape contracting business, as the case may be. To <br /> effectuate this intent: <br /> a. the maximum size of any drum, barrel, container or <br /> bag containing fertilizer to be sold or stored on <br /> site shall not exceed 50 pounds; <br /> b. the maximum size of any drum, barrel, container or <br /> bag containing herbicide to be sold or stored on <br /> site shall not exceed 50 pounds; <br /> c. the maximum size of any drum, barrel or container <br /> containing pesticide to be sold or stored on site <br /> shall not exceed 10 pounds; <br /> 3 . no sales of furniture on site; <br /> 4 . no lawn care services from site; <br /> 5 . the minimum hours of retail garden center operations <br /> shall be as established from time to time in the owner's <br /> discretion, but the maximum hours of retail operation <br /> shall not exceed 8 : 00 a.m. until 8 : 00 p.m. ; <br /> 6 . all security lighting on site shall be shielded and <br /> directed downward similar to street lighting; <br /> 7. street trees or shrubs shall be planted by the Owner <br /> along the public right of way of Stage Coach Road <br /> abutting the parcel . The cost of initial planting of <br /> street trees shall be borne by the Owner. When the Owner <br /> proposes the installation of street trees or shrubs he <br /> shall prepare a report listing the street trees or shrubs <br /> to be planted and their location for approval by the <br /> Town. The Owner shall replace any diseased or destroyed <br /> street trees or shrubs planted by the Owner hereunder and <br /> abutting the subject parcel provided that adequate space <br /> for tree or shrub growth is available. <br />
