DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6198 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #6198 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 31; <br /> thence N 02 ° 10 ' East 399 . 70 feet of the point of beginning; thence <br /> N 87° 50 ' 00" West 464 . 13 feet along the South line of Lot #1, CSM <br /> 1016 and that line extended, thence along the centerline of Badfish <br /> Creek, on a curve to the left, the radius is 954 . 93 feet, the long <br /> chord is N 37° 55 ' 52" West 14 . 02 feet, thence continue along said <br /> creek centerline N 38° 19 ' 52" West 308 . 09 feet, thence S 87° 50 ' <br /> 00" 673 . 23 feet, thence S 02° 10 ' 00" West 245 . 00 feet along the <br /> East line of Section 31 and the centerline of Sand Hill Road to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void.
