DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6198 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: Pet. #6198 : Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Dunn described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of Section 31; thence N 02 ° 10 ' East 399 . 70 feet of the point of beginning; thence N 87° 50 ' 00" West 464 . 13 feet along the South line of Lot #1, CSM 1016 and that line extended, thence along the centerline of Badfish Creek, on a curve to the left, the radius is 954 . 93 feet, the long chord is N 37° 55 ' 52" West 14 . 02 feet, thence continue along said creek centerline N 38° 19 ' 52" West 308 . 09 feet, thence S 87° 50 ' 00" 673 . 23 feet, thence S 02° 10 ' 00" West 245 . 00 feet along the East line of Section 31 and the centerline of Sand Hill Road to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions . CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
