Never-the-less with all the mail your department <br /> receives whomever I spoke to undoubtedly forgot about it. <br /> That ' s natural when the work loads are so heavy. <br /> It' s fortunate that I keep duplicate copies of letters that <br /> I send out. <br /> I ' ll be curious to see if you ever receive- the original <br /> letter - it may be floating in the bottom of a mail sack <br /> for a number of years. Approximately 1977/78 I found a <br /> letter at the bottom of a mail sack form the World War II <br /> era.
