• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6205 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6205/1228: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Roxbury described as <br /> follows: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Roxbury <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of <br /> said Section 27; thence South 1330.5 feet; thence S 89° 56' East, <br /> 188 .35 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence S <br /> 00° 09' East 397. 92 feet to the centerline of highway 12; thence S <br /> 86° 13 ' 20" East, 225. 00 feet; thence North 00° 09' West, 412 . 49 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 56' West, 224 . 47 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3) <br /> (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area <br /> shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> To limit the uses of the property to a pre-existing tavern and new <br /> mini warehouses . <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the Town of <br /> Roxbury as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site. <br /> Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null <br /> and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County <br /> Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> 7/21 l� <br />
