This is a remnant parcel of land, left when the CTH PB and M intersection was moved <br /> to the east side of the parcel under consideration. <br /> This area is outside the urban service area in an agricultural preservation area where further <br /> development is not planned at this time. <br /> The A-2 (4)District is probably the least intensive district available for this size parcel. However, this <br /> district permits single-family homes, but this is not necessarily a good homesite. <br /> The A-2 District may be most appropriate, with a condition that no residence be permitted until a <br /> specific use is proposed consistent with adopted plans. <br /> We note the Town of Verona is currently working on a plan update which should be completed by mid- <br /> 1995. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH PB is a controlled access highway. The only entry into this parcel is a joint access located along <br /> the south property line. This parcel was created by the construction of USH 18 & 151 Verona Bypass. <br /> OTHER <br />
