DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6209 D.R. <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Verona <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of _the Town of Verona be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial Dis ct/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6209: ] <br /> Part of th NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: ommencing at the Southwest corner of Lot #1, which is <br /> the point of beginning; thence N 26° 57' 23" West, 362 . 34 feet <br /> al ng the East right-of-way line of Nine Mound Road; thence S 88° <br /> 30' " st, 469.78 feet; thence S 10° 43 ' 00" East, 121. 40 feet; <br /> thence S 02° 55' 42" West, 200. 00 feet to the North line of Pollow <br /> Road; thence N 88° 30' 48" West, 317.83 feet along said North line <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> a) . All uses permitted in the C-1 Commercial district without <br /> limitations as to size. <br /> b) . Major repairs to motor vehicles. <br /> c) . Sales - .o new and used contractor's machinery and <br /> equipment. <br /> si-d---I5nTtrtations shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
