The Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee, on April 25, 1995 amended the Vang petition to <br /> RH-1 for lots 1-3 and RH-2 for lot 4. At the May 18, 1995 <br /> County Board session the Board referred the Vang petition <br /> back to committee. At the May 23, 1995 Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources Committee meeting the Committee action was to <br /> postpone consideration on Petition # 6212 to a future date. <br /> It appears that the committee action at that time was to <br /> allow for any consideration of the amended petition by the <br /> Town of Sun Prairie. Therefore the rezoning petition is <br /> being held in abeyance at the Committee level until such <br /> time as a Town Board action report form is received. <br /> Briefly on another subject, you wanted to know the status <br /> of the ordinance amendment relating to the size of accessory <br /> structures. Based upon my discussion with Gary Gunderman <br /> this item will be discussed at the County Zoning and Natural <br /> Resources Advisory Subcommittee meeting on Monday, July 31, <br /> 1995.
