• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6215 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-1 Residential and R-lA Residential District/s the following described land: Pet. #6215: Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 14, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 14; thence along the East line of said Southeast quarter, 1239. 90 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South along the East line of said Southeast quarter, 174 feet; thence West 264 feet; thence North 174 feet; thence East 264 feet to the point of beginning. TO R-1A: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 14 ; thence along the East line of said Southeast quarter, 1413 . 90 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South along the East line of said Southeast quarter, 274 feet; thence West 264 feet; thence North 274 feet; thence East 264 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 . 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) , of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
