The separate tax parcel status results from the fact that the natural <br /> 40 line passes through the property. The largest tax parcel in the State of Wisconsin <br /> is 40 acres, but each tax parcel is not a separate legal entity for the purposes of <br /> land division regulations. In order to divide the subject 2.7 acres a certified <br /> survey map approval, together with a change in zoning classification, will be <br /> required.
