This proposed bed and breakfast site is an existing farmhouse in an <br /> unsewered development district(east end of Martinsville). The adopted town/county policies provide <br /> for low residential and commercial development. <br /> All of the other lots shown on the map are developed with single-family homes. With 6.5 acres, this <br /> appears to be a low-density use. The applicant indicates two guest rooms with 4 guests as a limit, <br /> which appears reasonable. <br /> Public road access should be from Martinsville Road and not from CTH P, where there is substantial <br /> fast-moving traffic. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH P is not a controlled access highway, however, any changes to existing driveways or requests for <br /> new access require the approval of our area supervisor. <br /> OTHER <br />
