Dane County Land Regulation & Record <br /> Rm. 116 City-County Building <br /> Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. <br /> Madison, WI 53709 <br /> February 1,1995 <br /> Dear Sirs: <br /> My wife, Dorothy and I are requesting to rezone 3 acres from my mother and father's <br /> farm which is located at 4302 County Highway A, Oregon, WI in the Town of Rutland. <br /> My parents have lived on the family farm since 1939 and are now eighty years of age. <br /> They are both in poor health and need a great deal of supervision in their daily lives. <br /> My wife and I are the primary care givers at this time. <br /> Since my retirement four years ago, I have been managing the farm and would like <br /> to move my residence to the farm. We selected two sites for the Town of Rutland <br /> Planning Committee to evaluate. They agreed, after a site inspection, this proposed <br /> site is best suited for a residential building. This area of the farm is the least productive <br /> farm land but would be a reasonable site for a family residence. <br /> We would like to start site preparation mid spring 1995 and build in the fall of this <br /> year. <br /> Thank you for your consideration in this matter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> vid A. & Dorothy L.
