The <br /> area to the east is in the Central Urban Service Area. <br /> The relevant town/county policy in this case is "....a density of one lot per 35 contiguous acres <br /> owned...." This parcel was rezoned to the A-2 District effective January 25, 1993. It has a <br /> house and farm buildings on-site. <br /> With 21 acres in the parcel, the proposed rezoning conflicts with the density policy of one lot per <br /> 35 acres. <br /> If further development is contemplated for this area, the plan should be amended to add this area <br /> to the urban service area, or make some other amendment.
