DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6223 • • <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 (2) and A-2 (4) Agriculture District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6223/1232 : <br /> Part of the CSM 5691 and part of SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of <br /> Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> TO A-2 (2) : Commencing at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 19; thence South along the East line of aid Northwest <br /> quarter, 2662 . 90 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 88° 00' <br /> 22" West along the South line of said Northwest quarter, 270. 52 <br /> feet; thence North, 400 feet; thence S 88° East, 272 feet; thence <br /> South along the East line of said Northwest quarter, 383 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2 (4) : Commencing at the North quarter corner of said <br /> Section 19; thence South along the East line of said Northwest <br /> quarter, 1492 . 50 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue <br /> along the East line of said Northwest quarter, 787. 40 feet; thence <br /> N 88° West 272 feet; thence North 65.81 feet; thence West, 130 <br /> feet; thence North, 80 feet; thence East 130 feet; thence North <br /> along the East line of said Certified Survey Map #5691, 625. 03 <br /> feet; thence N 88° 05' 57" East 270. 51 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded <br /> survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. No more than 1 animal unit per acre is kept on the property as <br /> defined in the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall ,be s bmitted to Dane <br /> County Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: C� <br /> ZNRPH.REZ �� <br /> Nvt * 3oLt( <br />
