A COMPLETE LEGAL AND SURVEY ARE INCLUDED HEREIN. <br /> GIVEN THE POOR QUALITY OF SOIL ON THIS LAND, I BELIEVE THIS TO <br /> BE A GOOD USE OF THIS PROPERTY. IT WAS ALSO THE RECOMMEN- <br /> DATION OF THE PERRY TOWN BOARD THAT I SPLIT THE FARM IN THIS <br /> MANNER, KEEPING THE BETTER FARM LAND IN LARGER TRACTS. I HAD <br /> ATTEMPTED TO SELL THE FARM AS ONE PARCEL, BUT WAS OVER- <br /> WHELMED WITH REQUESTS TO PURCHASE SMALLER ACREAGE. ALL THE <br /> OTHER PARCELS ARE EIGHTY OR MORE ACRES, THESE TWO TEN ACRE <br /> SITES ARE THE ONLY PARCELS REQUIRING A ZONING CHANGE. <br /> IT IS MY HOPE TO HAVE THE ZONING CHANGE APPROVED AT THE APRIL <br /> 20TH COUNTY MEETING.
