page 2 of 2 <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. No construction (zoning permits) permits use shall be permitted <br /> by Dane County on this property until a site plan showing all <br /> construction is approved by the Town Board and a copy of such is <br /> submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to Dane County <br /> Zoning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
