Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1235 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Dog Kennel <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT- 7/11/95 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Christiana described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4; thence North along the East line of said quarter quarter 364 . 9 <br /> feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continue <br /> North along said East line of quarter quarter 280.5 feet; thence <br /> West 450.00 feet; thence South 280.5 feet; thence East 450. 00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. Limited not more than 20 dogs on the property. <br /> 2 . All dogs will be kept inside after 9: 00 P.M. - 6: 00 A.M. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the <br /> surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
